problem with redirct and comma's

Hi,

When I try to go to: http://www.ynet.co.il (on kde cvs compiled) I'm getting 
this URL (the ynet.co.il redirects to another URL)

I'm getting this: http://www.ynet.co.il/home/0,7340,L-8 (which gives error 
404)
Where it should be: http://www.ynet.co.il/home/0,7340,L-8,00.html

it looks like it "misses" the 2nd comma...

file a bug on this?
