bookmark icon size / usability

hi,     
     
after installing kde head completely new i see that the bookmark icon size
in the toolbar can only    
be changed to medium, large and default (= medium). but i used to select
"small" because (1) it    
looks really better and (2) you can have more of them in the toolbar :)    
    
why has this changed ?    
    
and one usability question: using the context menu in konqui shows e.g.
"View Document    
Source", "View Document Information", "Select all", but no plain "Copy".  
why should joe user want to view this kind of information but has to know
that Ctrl+C copies  
text to the clipboard ? and if _i_ use the mouse to select text, it is
faster to right click but to use  
the keyboard shortcut, isn't it ?
