service menus in Konq?

How do these things work?

Hayes currently installs a .desktop file in share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/
containing:

[Desktop Entry]
ServiceTypes=audio/x-mp3;application/x-ogg;audio/x-mp2;video/mpeg;audio/x-mpeguurl;audio/x-wav;audio/x-mod
Actions=noatunhayessetcurrent

[Desktop Action noatunhayessetcurrent]
Name=Play in Noatun Now
Icon=noatun
Exec=dcop noatun Hayes setCurrent %u

But it doesn't show up in Konqueror on media files. The ark menu to "Extract 
here.." does show up on tgz's and looks the same.

Any ideas?
