Hi, 

Unfortunately the KRun concept makes useful progress messages in the status 
bar rather complicated. I tried implementing progress status bar messages 
now for the actual download, and it seems to work, except that those are 
hardly shown, because most of the time is spend in the initial connection to 
the host, which is handled by some KRun instance and not by khtml itself. 

So, any ideas on getting it to pass the infoMessage() stuff from the slave 
to the view statusbar ?

I really like to see the "Looking up host foo.." and "Connecting to foo.." 
messages.
