[Kexi] [KOffice] Stability update for Kexi 2.2.x and 2.3.x released: (regression in forms)

Dear All,
As there are no plans for new releases within KOffice 2.2 series and
it's not clear for 2.3 series too, for convenience of distributors,
following _recommended_ patch for any
Kexi 2.2 and 2.3 has been released [1].
