Kexi 1.1.3 (KOffice 1.6.3) (Using KDE 3.5.7 "release 72.9")
Platform: OpenSuse 10.3 (i586)

Import Existing Database
Source database: MDB file (has pre-2000 format) (NOT attached due to length restriction)
Destimation database: MySQL server (5.0.45 SUSE MySQL RPM)
Import data and structure. Destination "caption" set to name of
existing database on the server.
User on MySQL connection has all privileges on this db/caption. Kexi
says it will "replace" this database.
Fails: MySQL error 1170. BLOB/TEXT column 'code' used in key
specification without a key length

Table: hl7_issuetargettypecode has PK field named "code". Datatype
is Text in MDB. All "code" strings are short.

Where can I control the Text length setting that should be passed to
MySQL for PK field?

Thanks for any help,

    Dan Connelly, South Burlington, Vermont
