[Kexi] Empty Cells - Patch

Hi Jaroslaw,

 I've attached the patch to cursor.cpp and the {mysql,pqxx}cursor.cpp , as we 
discussed a few days back on IRC. ( for the empty cells problem in mysql )

Shall I commit ?
