Hello Scott,
If what you want is autoform, invoked with one click or so, then no. You can 
however design a form which has query assigned as the data source.

Note, the form's data will be read-only in the current Kexi versions.

This is more or less subforms or GUI interface for one-to-many relationship. 
Not yet available in Kexi.
