Hello Scott,
If you mean tables, currently you can only define weak relationhips within 
queries. Physical relationhips within the database is not yet available and 
won't be until Kexi 2.x (x>0). You can always define them using external tools 
(if your engine is PotgreSQL or MySQL), but you need to know what are you doing.

Relationhips between databases is also not supported, and won't be unless 
attaching a database is implemented (SQLite allows for this).
