Hello Smika,
Kexi 2.0 is now in porting to KDE4/Qt4 status, no new features are really 
added before 2.0 code works as stable as 1.1.x (end of 2007, I guess).

Kexi 2.0 does not currently provide any additional features over 1.1.x, not 
mentioning it does not work yet.
