You are right. I checked the Kexi package in unstable, and it indeed
includes the files that are missing in the Ubuntu ones: the problem is
limited to Ubuntu.

That's what I did. The text in my first email was the one I wrote in the
bug (ticket, issue, whatever) I created in Launchpad. The URL is at the end
of that email.
Again, sorry for having bothered the Debian Qt/KDE list, this is a
Ubuntu-specific issue.
