[Kexi] Kexi Help Does Not Appear

Thanks, Gentlemen.

You seem to be exactly correct. My Kexi version, which does not display
"help", is v. 0.9 made with KDE 3.4.3. 
The Ubuntu package list seems to consider this the most updated
package. 

If there is more help text available in the current version than is
aviailable on the Kexi website, how can I upgrade? (Otherwise I will be
left still looking for help using the form design page...)
