Resolved , thanks to mart
correct /opt/kde3 every where in the ./configure !
and removing /kexidb there : 
*--with-kexidb-includes=/opt/kde/include/kexidb*

Still have an error when i close the graphical window :
[johndoe at ws013 ~]$ Mutex destroy failure: Device or resource busy
ICE default IO error handler doing an exit(), pid = 2757, errno = 0
ICE default IO error handler doing an exit(), pid = 2763, errno = 0
i must ^ C.
