[Kexi] problem compiling kexi on centos42

hi all,
i have post on irc this message, but add it there ...

 i get an erro compiling kexi on a centos42 :( Does anyone give me some 
help please ?
 here is the message : checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 
3.3 and < 4.0) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your 
installation!

* LarryT installing kdelibs-devel :( ----> were missing :-[
* LarryT still have the same error :-/

any idea please ?
