Update. All 4 repos now have 3.1 branches and 3.0.94 tags.
This time releaseme tools worked well, translations magically found in
extragear-libs :)
Kudos for that.

Tarballs uploaded, waiting for publishing and syncing.
No hurry, one week left to announcement.
