Awesome build.kde.org for KEXI / Calligra

Dear All,
Thanks to our KDE sysadmin Ben Cooksley and the admins team in general we
can use a matrix of builds for KEXI, its frameworks and Calligra!

- Linux (SUSE)
- Windiows (MSVC)
- FreeBSD

+ All the above for stable (x.y branches) and unstable (master branches).

Click the "Calligra" tab on the dashboard and you're on
https://build.kde.org/view/Calligra/ for nice reports.

I updated a static HTML page http://kexi-project.org/build_status.html with
all the new builds. L/W/F means Linux/Windows/FreeBSD.
Status visualization like before is based on shields.io. You can copy this
single file file locally and it will still work.

The build setup is so awesome Ben, thanks so much :)

PS: For now we need a contributor for the Windows Calligra build, it's
failing due to boost
