[Maniphest] [Commented On] T4166: Possible timeout for KDb tests

  The individual build server that performed that build was under high load at the time - performing other builds and other tasks it's responsible for as well. Therefore it's expectable that tests would take longer to complete in this scenario and may fail as a result.
