'Kexi: Porting to Qt 5' subproject is no longer active

Hi,
Since we've got a stable release, the 'Kexi: Porting to Qt 5' subproject (
https://phabricator.kde.org/project/profile/18/) is no longer active. I
propose that we just use the regular Kexi project (
https://phabricator.kde.org/project/profile/17/) for everything
Kexi-related. I moved all remaining tasks from the porting subproject there.

That can also simplify our use of Phabricator.
