Done - I tried to make the links easy to memorize and type.

Now:
Calligra/Building/2 - 2.x
Calligra/Building/3 - WIP for 3.x
Calligra/Building is the "Latest non-experimental" so points to
Calligra/Building/2

Since 3.0 Calligra/Building will point to Calligra/Building/3
