[Kexi-devel] [MacPort] Porting Predicate to Qt5 let it begin

Just pushed to versioning improvements to master (i.e. still a Qt4 branch)
The idea is that GENERIC_PREDICATE_LIB_VERSION_MAJOR is 0 for Qt 4
and 1 for Qt5.

Please  cherry-pick this commit to your branch and change
GENERIC_PREDICATE_LIB_VERSION_MAJOR to 1 in it.

This way libs for Qt4 and Qt5 can co-exist (useful for tests at least).
