Hi,
I've just added analysis and proposed solutions to support identifiers with
special characters or equal to reserved words in queries.

Any comments are welcome.

[1] https://bugs.kde.org/332161

Details:

The proposal is largely based on observation that [] is used by both query
parameters and identifiers escaping in MSA.
Which is not perfect, at [1] I am explaining why.

For the proposed solutions emphasis was on the following areas:

- two-way compatibility (in the stored format/representation and to some
level also in the GUI)

- avoid the use of [] for both query parameters and identifiers escaping

- usability for the end-user, especially having solution similar to MSA, so
not showing the hard to see ` ` ("grave accent" quotes) to the non-pro
users, similarly, escaping using \ isn't the most friendly too

- usability for the end-user by improving error messages in Kexi 2.9.x (we
still can do that)
