[Kexi-devel] Export patch as promised

Gents, here is a patch to migration/ to add export functionality, and the 
files that make up the html export plugin.

The files should be put in the directory migration/html.

Current functionality includes:
Export of table or query to html (html 4.01 with internal css)
File based only

Also planned is, csv, opendoc, and extending the current postgresql driver to 
allow exports to pg.

Things still to do:

Work with server based db's
Change KexiMigrate::Data so source and destination objects are of the same 
type (comments?)
Modify existing wizard to allow export
