I'm still getting the same error when trying to install from flatpack:

ray at ray-OptiPlex-780:~$ flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists kde
http://distribute.kde.org/flatpak-apps-testing
ray at ray-OptiPlex-780:~$ flatpak install kde org.kde.kexi-stable
error: Unable to load summary from remote kde: GPG signatures found, but none
are in trusted keyring
