Current workaround for breeze-icons.rcc: install breeze-icons.rcc file
(probably some breeze-icons package).

Current workaround for app icon: install breeze icons package which contains
kexi icon or pick kexi icon by hand from source package
(https://community.kde.org/Kexi/Releases#3.1.0) e.g.
http://download.kde.org/stable/kexi/src/kexi-3.1.0.tar.xz.mirrorlist.
