[KEXI] [Bug 396999] Kexi file is not recognized as being supported by Kexi

When I try to open a .kexi file, I get the error message but no details. Just
the single line "The file... not recognized..." Pushing the details button
gives no further information.

Result from "file -i --mime-type dbname.kexi" is:

dbname.kexi: application/x-sqlite3; charset=binary
