Hi, thanks for the report.
We're using FindCalligraPostgreSQL.cmake (in
SOURCEDIR/cmake/modules/FindCalligraPostgreSQL.cmake) to be independent of
possible outdated FindPostgreSQL.cmake.

Our macro finds three required elements, my values for example:
PostgreSQL_INCLUDE_DIR:PATH=/usr/include/pgsql
PostgreSQL_LIBRARY:FILEPATH=/usr/lib64/libpq.so
PostgreSQL_TYPE_INCLUDE_DIR:PATH=/usr/include/pgsql/server
