Error report for Kdevelop

Hello,

there is a problem, see follow two pictures.

Info:
I works with WINDOWS 10.
I downloaded "kdevelop-5.4.2-x64-setup.exe" and then started 
"kdevelop-msvc.bat". Then follow the error report.
What is wrong?
