He's not the correct person. Allen's the author of krazy but not the author 
of the KDevelop plugin.

Please have a look at the recent (git) history in kdev-krazy2.git.

You'll notice it's rather unmaintained.

Your options:
- Report a bug on bugs.kde.org 
- Uninstall/disable the plugin if you don't use it
