VCS (git) submenu in the document context menu

Hi,

KDevelop5 has always been somewhat unreliable for me in putting a VCS (git) menu in the context menu that pops up when you right-click in a file that's part of a git working copy. Usually the entry would show up after triggering the git plugin via the file's entry in the project manager view, but that's no longer the case from what I can tell.

Has anyone else noticed this or is this a local issue?
