Missing application icons of many KDE apps on MacPorts/OSX

Hi Thomas,

I indeed can’t find the needed statement in any CMakeLists.txt file in KDevelop’s sources:

$ find . -name CMakeLists.txt -exec grep -l KDE4_ADD_APP_ICON {} \;
$
—

I haven’t crosschecked with other apps from my long list, but I guess that explains it.
