xdebug followup

as a followup to the recent thread about xdebug plugin problems, I decided to 
write up a short summary about that:

- nothing that could not be found elsewhere in the web, but in a way that is 
detailed and complete enough (I think) to get someone started who is not that 
familiar with building kde programs from source.
