Project Manager Filter textbox

Hi,

Recently I've updated to 4.6 final and it seems the filter textbox on the
project manager view disappeared.

I know in this version it has been included new project filtering, but
still I find no way to remove the build targets from the view. It's pretty
messy when working in a project with a lot of them.

Is it intended? is there a way to get it back? or else is there a way to
remove the build targets from appearing on the project view with the new
filtering method?
