Print folded blocks

Yes. Allow folding blocks in the print output.

Meantime I must print collpased blocks with elvis (vi clone used in Slackware).
Eclipse, Bluefish don't do it either. (but it's planned : http://bfwiki.tellefsen.net/index.php/Project_Roadmap#beyond_2.2.6)
