about code auto-completion

Hi:
        I am using kdevelop 4.6, how can I set the code auto-completion to case-sensitive?
another problem is like: if there is a word of "example_1", "pre_example_2",
when I input the "exa", and the "pre_example_2" will be tipped as a candidate, how can i set it to match the word from first letter?
