Reduced code parsing performance after upgrading to Ubuntu 14.04

Hi,

Has anyone else noticed a considerable reduction in the performance of
KDevelop's code parsing since upgrading to Ubuntu 14.04? It now takes as
much as 20 to 30 seconds after making a code change for the highlighting
and inspection results to be displayed. My project is in C++.

I'm happy to help debug this issue, though I will need a little guidance.

Running KDevelop 4.6.0.
