Master does not compile

Then you have another issue, as the declarationvalidator definitely is 
installed by kdevplatform's tests/json/CMakeLists.txt - if you don't even have 
the file there then you mess up somewhere along the line. Note that this file 
is in kdevplatform master since quite some months already.
