How to pass the mail to kdevelop-debug-owner

I am trying to pass the mail to kdevelop-debug-owner and receive error:

<kdevelop-devel-owner at kdevelop.org>: host 
mail.variomedia.de[81.28.224.27]
    said: 550 The account does not exist. / Die Adresse existiert nicht.

I will be very thankful to kdevelop list members for the help - please, 
let then know this:

I am subscribed for DAILY digest on the list, but am receiving mail 5-6 
times a day. Sometimes, the mails are in less then 2 hours intervals.
What can I do to receive the really true daily digest once a day?
