upload plugin annoyance

this is not really a bug report, rather a wish:
-	the upload plugin always spits out 3 or 4 warnings w.r. to invalid 
certificates of my webhosting provider, which I connot do much obout, I guess.
in good old quanta, I had the same, but there was a checkbox 'do not show this 
message again' which solved the problem having to confirm over and over again.
would be nice to have this feature also here :)
