breakpoint icon description

Hi
What does two "bidirectional" arrow icon mean for a breakpoint?

Consider these steps:
1- insert a new breakpoint
2- disable the breakpoint by clearing the "tick" sign
3- enable the breakpoint by seting the "tick" sign.

the icon then changes to two bidirectional icon. Interesting thing is
that this type of breakpoint can not stop the the program!!!
