debug not work, execute work

When I start the debugger I get this message
Could not start debugger:
"/home/user/trunk/scripts/run_job": not in executable format: File format
not recognized

However there is no problem with the execute button.
In another word, for one launch, i can execute but not debug,

Any idea?
