Run toolview tabs crowded

OK.

There is similar issue with "Build" toolview.
It seems to open number of output subviews/buffers and there are
arrows to navigate
forward/backward, but there seems to be no way to find out how many,
what outputs are opened, and so on.

Even info on # of ## would be useful

Optimally if there was a context menu available that displays list of buffers
e.g. titled using 30-60 characters of command associated with particular buffer.

Yes it is. An option to "Close All" would be useful though.
