Run toolview tabs crowded

Hi,

Every hit on SHIFT+F9 adds new tab to the Run Toolview.
Even if the the same launch is used as, multiple tabs
with the same name are created.
It leads to overcrowded toolview as on this screenshot:

There seem to be no "Close All Tabs" command or there is?
