Both, Aleix and me say it's OK to use that but neither is the author of it. 
But I'm pretty sure it's from one of the other code KDevelop hackers - Adymo? 
Andreas?

Since I doubt they have anything against it, go ahead in using it and expect 
it to be in public domain.
