results from kdevelop is different from terminal

The program reads from these files:
 -cacheconfig 4core.cache
 -ctxconfig black.arg

 and write the outputs to:
  -debug:syscall syscall.txt
  -report:cache black.cache
  -report:pipeline black.pipe

The other command line options:
 -bpred:btb 8:2
 -fastfwd 40000000
 -max_cycles 4000000
 -cores 4
 -threads 1

are passed to the program.
I have not set any env varibale for the program. As can be seen, the
binary is used like
../../src/m2s

The working directory which I run from terminal is:
/home/mahmood/multi2sim-3.0.3/parsec/blackscholes

As it is the same as kdev launch profile.
