problem building Quanta

although I found several revisions of quanta will build against 
kdevelop-4.2.3 / kdevplatform-1.2.3 and friends, I could not find one where 
the upload menu entry became available in quanta or kdevelop as it had in 
the past, even though the upload configuration part shows up.

Looks like I'll have to figure out how to build up kdevlop and friends from 
master.

On a side note, it would be sweet if the upload plugin someday made it into 
the kdevplatform stuff.   :)
