Debugging a Project with with whitespaces in the project path

In part. The path is now fully recognized, but the Umlaut in the directory 
name is displayed as a "?" (Symbol for unknown character), so for me it is 
still unusable. Character encoding on my system is utf-8, apparently something 
else is used when giving that path to gdb.
