There are plenty. However, this mailing list is about the IDE named KDevelop. KDevelop supports more languages, but is not the support group for any of those languages (including C/C++, Linux, Win32 etc).

However, the subject of your post seems like a nice candidate for a google search. Trying it on my computer yielded a page full of useful answers to your question.

Also, a book on Linux programming might help your endeavor.
