class forward declaration

I noticed that when you use class forward declaration kdevelop fails to 
create the class tree in classes pane. The only elements are "base 
classes" and "derived classes". After I removed forward declaration and 
wrote it again kdevelop had showed everything in right way. I don't know 
if it is behavior by design but it may be useful hint in such cases.
