Where's KDevelop 4's Automake Manager?

Apparently you didn't even try KDev4, else you would know that we didn't
just bumpt the version number or throw away all features. The plain fact
is that nobody in the team is interested in automake support and nobody
who is interested in it is able/willing to work on it.
