Kdevelop, php, xdebug

I apologize, but I do not understand.

As I said, I do not have this file. I have seen in kdevelop-4.1.0/debuggers/
that there is gdb directory, maybe there should be also xdebug, or should
it come with kdevelop-php-1.1.0?
